Custom Design Process
What I find works best is meeting with you, finding out where you are planning to build. What you want in the home, eg bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, studies, garages. Find out how much you plan to invest in the home.
I will then create 3 free concepts for you at no charge. I will work with you to tweak these plans as many times as you like until you are satisfied and then I can price.
